By taking admission, the student and parent explicitly agree to abide by the following rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
1. Fees & Payments
Non-Refundable Policy: Hostel fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, even if the student leaves midway through the session.
Monthly fees must be cleared by the 5th of every month. Late fees will attract a penalty.
One month advance rent and one month security deposit must be paid at the time of admission.
2. Notice Period & Vacating
A strictly mandatory 1-month prior written notice must be provided before vacating the hostel.
3. Decorum & Safety
Residents must carry their ID card at all times.
Smoking, alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
Management takes no responsibility for the loss or theft of any valuables, cash, or mobile phones.
4. Attendance & Entry/Exit
Biometric/Register attendance is mandatory.
Hostel entry timings must be strictly followed. Late entry without prior Management permission is not allowed and will be reported to parents.
Night outs or home leaves require prior written permission through the digital portal.
5. Visitors & Guests
NO MALE VISITORS are permitted inside the rooms or residential areas under any condition.
Parents/Guardians may meet their wards only in the designated visitor reception area during visiting hours.
6. Facilities & Appliances
Use of heavy electrical appliances (heaters, irons, induction stoves) in rooms is strictly banned.
Cooler facilities are arranged by management only during the summer season subject to extra charges.
Food timings are strictly decided by management. Taking mess utensils/food into rooms is prohibited.
Declaration Accepted via Digital Submission. This is a system generated document hence does not require physical signature.
Legal Undertaking: By receiving this receipt, the student and parent/guardian agree that hostel management is not liable for loss of personal belongings. Strict disciplinary action will be taken for any rule violations. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
